Scott continues his leadership in helping businesses leverage technology to improve their operations. He has forged relationships with the following providers:
- Virtual Software – a completely web-based time and expense tracking system that integrates with QuickBooks. Collect time and expense data from any internet connection, then output data to payroll services such as Paychex, QuickBooks, ADP and others.
- QCommission – sales commission software that integrates with QuickBooks. Designed for businesses that need an efficient method to calculate and track commissions for their sales force.
- EventBrite – for businesses that need to simplify event registration. Scott is now using EventBrite exclusively for all of his webinars and live workshops.
- QVinci – a simple and powerful dashboard add-on that integrates with QuickBooks. Easily analyze both QuickBooks and Excel data in a dashboard format that extends far beyond the QuickBooks Company Snapshot feature.

It has been a busy summer! Scott has forged new relationships with three software vendors.
- Results CRM – designed to provide robust and budget-friendly CRM (customer relationship management) capabilities that integrate with QuickBooks. If you need more than the two contact names that QuickBooks provides to manage your sales, marketing and customer management strategies, Results CRM is the choice for your business.
- CCRQBOM – software that was built to help manufacturers get many more capabilities when working with inventory assemblies in QuickBooks. Features such as “where used”, “multiple level bills”, and “requirements reporting” can be found in CCRQBOM.
- Appointment Plus – online appointment scheduling software designed to simplify the scheduling process! Allow your customers to set their own appointments, while retaining full control over the process. Plus, the ability to generate automated reminders and a mobile version of the software to simplify your client appointments.

Scott has become an affiliate marketing partner for the Smart Vault add-on software that works with QuickBooks. Smart Vault allows your business to seamlessly attach copies of all pertinent paperwork (contracts, drawings, pictures, invoices, payroll forms and much more) to the appropriate area within QuickBooks. It truly does allow a business to go paperless with their accounting operations without changing the way they work.

Scott has become a Certified WorkTrack Consultant. WorkTrack is a QuickBooks add-on software product that simplifies the management of field service teams for businesses such as electricians, HVAC, plumbers, etc. WorkTrack and QuickBooks working together can really simplify and streamline your service business.

for QuickBooks users to learn more about how QuickBooks
works and to gain valuable insight into working more
effectively with the software.
December 2007 Scott is featured in a Smart BusinessCleveland article on how to simplify your year-end closing
process.
November 2007 Bottom Line Accounting Solutions signs on
as a member of the QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions Provider
program. Scott was a charter member of this program and was
instrumental in providing feedback to Intuit during the startup
phase of this program.
November 2007 Bottom Line Accounting Solutions signs on
as a referral partner for MiSys Manufacturing software. MiSys
Manufacturing software handles shop floor and production control
and integrates with QuickBooks.
September 2007 Bottom Line Accounting Solutions signs on
as a Value Added Reseller (VAR) with FishBowl Inventory,
a leading QuickBooks add-on software package that specializes
in inventory management.
